As Partner Alliance Manager for Microsoft, I am the link between glueckkanja as a partner organization and the sales structure of our partner Microsoft.
That's why I chose glueckkanja
I spent a long time looking for the needle in the haystack. A company whose mindset is young, innovative and bold, while always breaking new ground. Despite this structure, the employer should also have strong ethical values and an employee-oriented attitude. I have been told many times that I am a dreamer. But lo and behold - it does exist. I found the symbiosis between idealism and realism at glueckkanja.
In contrast to the other companies that sounded interesting to me at first glance, glueckkanja exuded a mixture of relaxed flair, free work and yet solid business with precise CI ideas.
What I appreciate about our corporate culture
The company management is always willing to try new things in order to find the best possible solution. That's how I got my chance as a career changer. In this day and age, most companies don't dare to take such a step. The togetherness and the family environment gave me a lot of courage to just do it and not be afraid to ask questions and make mistakes. One of the credos here is Henry Ford's statement: "Don't look for mistakes, look for solutions."
I also particularly like the fact that everyone can contribute new ideas and that the management is happy to try them out and support them. When the ideas bear fruit, they are integrated into the day-to-day running of the company. This is how we came up with our webcasts, for example, which are now very popular with our customers and partners.
This is what motivates me about my work at glueckkanja
That I am shown trust and appreciation and that I can work independently. That I always know that I can rely on the support of my colleagues at all times. That's a lot of fun and motivates me to tackle things without hesitation and to develop myself and my area as a result.
I can also get involved beyond my actual job and even bring my great passion – cooking – into play. It's a fantastic opportunity to get to know colleagues on a completely different level, to reconnect and create synergies.
My tip for your start with us
Dare to be yourself! Show yourself with all your fears and don't be afraid to ask everyone questions! That's what makes me so happy here, expanding my comfort zone every day - both professionally and privately.
What do you do in your free time?
I love to cook and spend a lot of time in nature with my dogs. It's a great balance to sitting and thinking strategically at work. I also enjoy creating new things to bring people together. For example, I founded a beginners' running club and the small group is gradually growing.
