What I appreciate about our corporate culture

I appreciate the open corporate culture and the collegial atmosphere the most. Everyone here helps everyone with questions or problems. It's quick and uncomplicated and shows what a close-knit team there is among colleagues. Another plus point is the modern workplace. The equipment and systems are always state of the art. And let's be honest, when nothing jerks or hangs, work is much more fun.

This is what motivates me about my work at glueckkanja

The thing that motivates me the most is my wide range of tasks. It includes everything "marketing-technical". From traditional marketing, such as organizing and planning our online Christmas party during the pandemic, to online marketing, which includes managing social media and the website. The variety is fun and prevents boredom. You always learn something new and the work remains exciting.

My tip for your start with us

Especially for new colleagues who are not techies, it can be overwhelming at first and it can take some time to get to grips with all the terms from the tech world. Just be open to new things and don't be afraid to ask your colleagues. Then you'll quickly get to grips with all the Microsoft abbreviations.

What do you do in your free time?

In my free time, I spend a lot of time out in nature with my dog. It's a good balance to sitting at my laptop during the week. I do everything from hiking in the Bavarian Forest to cycling along the Danube or Isar. The main thing is that I'm out in the countryside. At our location in Deggendorf, that's always just a few minutes away.
